If it can really be proven send the data to the people at FINRA who caught Asher, as well as the SEC Microcap Fraud Task Force. I'm sure they'd be interested in nailing Asher to the fullest extent possible. The side benefit is it would open the door to piercing the corporate veil so shareholders can sue Volk and the principals at Surety personally.
