That doesn't make sense, the mayor said they got there application in right before the deadline 2 months ago but hasn't had a chance to read it. Was on the video of one of the council meetings. Am I missing something? Maybe that quote is 3 months old?

The latter statement was made to me back in March of 2014 when it was stated we cannot determine what infrastructure needs, water, electricity, sewage etc, in the absence of an application. Nice to see there still is no application. Bains comments makes it appear, speculation, as if they are not going to grant a zoning amendment for site #1 to allow for increased processing.
