Why would Coke, Pepsi, or let alone anyone else buy something that is easily replicable? As far as I'm concern Koma is just carbonated grape soda plus some other relaxation ingredients. This is the main reason why the relaxation market as a whole is just a bust unlike the energy market. For the energy drink market the only possible replacement is coffee, and price of coffee fall within range of energy drink, but for relaxation drinks you can buy supplements like Valerian, Kava Kava, Melatonin, etc at a lower price without the sugar and chemical components.
