Those are only your opinions, which you most likely would not be able to prove in a court of law. Newspaper articles that lead you to believe what you claim, are not facts admissible in a court of law. If you can find criminal convictions against her that establish a crimainal career, then you might be free to say that, but you can't, because if she had any convictions we would all know about it.
