looks like another one of their entities may have purchased 2,333,333 of the shares see footnotes 1 and 2!!!maybe just switching things around for tax purposes??

Yes, Carlyle Group sold according to Form 4's and started selling Sept 18th.. Millions of shares on 4 filings w/SEC I see.

I also see they are registered in Grand Cayman too (offshore), and funny, how Obama's Admin early this morning made comment about new tax laws for any US based corp going offshore, but would only affect any new corp filing to go offshore after Monday (Sept 22nd).. Why not go after all the dammn corps from MSFT to Carlyle and others and do what is right for this country, NOT their own pockets !!
