More excuses for this ticker ??? Other tickers seem to be doing just fine. When will we stop making excuses and open our eyes to what is going on.... This ticker has yet to see sustained positive traction on good news as it appears someone/something is diluting into the news. It will be interesting to see if/when they publish filings how much of that outstanding share count is... Hum....
