This might be a stupid question, but could Mr molen just close half of the ppm once its filled and keep the other half open until its full? Or is this ppm an all or nothing deal?

Can you see a trick here? Molen has a JV with Mr James, which is based on Vega providing finance and James building the plant. Once Vega do not honor the financial commitment the JV will expire.

How simple for Molen to collect money with the pump and dump. No need to continue the JV after raising millions through mask companies (preferred shares, debt conversions, shares for services etc.). All his financials are cooked, whatever you see on the balance sheet, never trust they would be real figures.
