Nussbaum Yates Berg Klein & Wolpow LLP (which were affiliated to one PVSP board member) used to charge $97.5K a year for the annual audit.

The new auditor, GBH CPAs, PC, charges $75K.

Sorry DSherman, you are not going to win this arguement. Let me know how you have come to determine the integrity of their old CPA firm. Give me your DD and while you are at it, tell me what you know about the accounting industry and your psst experience as well. This bio of your's should give us a true understanding of whether you post out of fact or opinion. From what I can tell, you really don't have a lot to say that is on topic. Just rants
