this is GREAT NEWS...GREAT NEWS....gives QTN renewed life, sanctions Frank Hagan as the mover and shaker of QTN, confirms the status of the shares, gives increased #'s for viewers of QTN (6 mil), clearly gives a 'move forward direction'...and let's the 'malicious ones' know they are being scrutinized....

Good to see the disclosure coming through. Not happy about the numbers relating to the shares, but what's one to do? That's certainly a huge heap of shares.

It would be good to obtain information on the nature of the restricted shares. For example, shares are restricted from being transferred or cashed in for the period of 5 years. That would take 53% of the oustanding shares off the market for quite some time. Also, where is the other 47%? They really need to come through with that information, for any shareholder that holds over 5% of the shares outstanding.

Mr. Fan writes very clearly, a refreshing thing. If he maintains an honest/straight-forward perspective it'll go a long way in helping to restore some credibility to the Q name.

I wish that Frank Hagan wasn't named Frank, though. No need to explain why.

where have I heard "We will consider taking legal action" before?... hmmm nice PR but after what the F-hole has put us through, I will need to see some action to have my trust regained but QTN. Holding still, because I real have no choice at .0001. lol

I am aware of the challenges we must overcome to see our company become a success, and I am disappointed that a handful of individuals with their own agendas have maliciously and recklessly disseminated bad information to cloud the investment community. We will consider taking legal action against these individuals. You have my word we will do everything within our power to gain the confidence of our shareholder base and continue to look for partners with value to build this network into the premier voice of the GLBT community.
