If the product is so viable and unique, why doesn't the Health experts at HIMSS, and every other entity, including the market, buy the product? Where are the sales in the last 5 years to validate a viable product?

Even if the 4 defendants settle for around the same as WAG, truly, does that even come close to debt?

Why do no pharmacies carry it?

Why do no etailers besides drugstore.com carry it?

MMRF may or may not have cash flow problems?

Last quarter $55,000 in revenue and $1.6 million in losses.

The previous quarter MMRF showed "record revenue" of $400,000 yet still managed to lose $2 million

Clearly MMRF is nearly insolvent if not already insolvent. It exists only through the sale of stock to anonymous "unrelated third parties" at deep discounts
