As Asher converts and sells time after time, stock price is driven down, and so more and more shares must be issued to meet the terms of the agreement.

This brings up a subject I was going to post about a few weeks ago and decided not too. Several posters asked why bashers post and I really didn't want to cover the pumper/basher subject at the time. So I didn't answer well, if at all.

So here's the subject now;
Actually bashers are part of the OTC game VC funders business plan. Along with promoters. The balancing act is to move the bashers in to pull the price down for funding. This causes the AWAYS SEEN large price falls in OTC charts, before bottoms and new funding deal bounces. All I usually post is the price pull downs are to reach funding levels, that funders want. But bashers help get that price. Along with strong arm conversion dumping before new / larger funding.

The combo causes the huge increase and dilution require for 10x profits. When the company and funder started talks the company may have needed to issue 10 mil for the wanted funding amount. But after, they have to issue 100 mil. Bashers help with this.

Next; after the deal and attention pop, the promoters work price up and bashers work the price down. As the 3 month Temp Job use to run it's coarse, in 3 steps up, run/retrace/run.

Actually under this old system, there were actually checks and balances built into the over all move and sale of dilution being sold to retail. The use of bashers and promoters gave the VC's a compounding or synergy to their business plan. Without, all OTC moves would be pump & dump chart patterns. Straight up and down. Temp Jobs which step up, created accumulation level and possible retrace option or warrant levels, the VC's could use to increase ROI.

But that was then, 5x to 10x over in months, now it's 2x to 3x over in days not months. And I'd guess if I followed message boards, I'd notice much less basher involvement, as promoter involvement also.

The fact that Asher is getting leaned on could be great news for the OTC. They have been the worst of the worse with regards to toxic lenders and have shown no mercy in getting their money back with profit as quickly as possible. The fact that there have been no good penny runners the past few months is directly attributable to how widely used they had become in the OTC, IMO.

If Asher is being forced out in any way, it can be nothing but good news and good riddance. And you can take that to bank from someone who has methodically watched them in action on several OTC stocks.
