Plain and simple it doesn't seem like company is diluting via note conversions at this time nor for some time now.

But yet lack of new news and validity of past news is not keeping current shareholders from selling off even at a loss or flippers buying .0009-.0011 and selling for a tick or two profits.

We need news here.

Or it's just going to hover in this range indefinitely, and if there is a note ready to convert (I have no clue as I haven't scanned all the past filings) it will probably drop us down as there isn't much support to sustain a decent sized conversion.

Company needs to inform shareholders.
