pepeoil, A week or two ago you said you called Countryside and by their comments AVEW was not going to own them. Now you are saying the property Countryside is on will not be part of AVEW's assets. It sounds like you are now admitting AVEW will own Countryside. You have been right on with the stock PVEC. It has proven itself to be a real looser. But from all I can see, AVEW is a real business with assets and income and will continue to grow. You may eventually have to give this one up.
