#11998 RE: moorea9 #11997

That would certainly be a game changer and an incredible development. However, I don't want to set my expectations too high. That is certainly a possibility 200%, but we have no idea of all the moving parts involved. We know they test until oct 15th. If they don't send the AOT back (which I 100% believe they will not unless it is for tweaking) then aside from a PO like you say, we will most likely have to see another agreement. I don't believe contractually TransCanada can simply keep the AOT in their possession without something in writing. So if the AOT remains on their pipeline, or it is moved to another location, we should expect to see an 8k. I think we will. If we see that, then everything is a GO. That will be a clear statement that the test likely beat their expectations, that the AOT works, and the likelihood of a PO/permanent lease soon is very high. And a permanent lease or purchase means a lot more orders are coming. I will be extremely happy and excited if we get confirmation that TransCanada is holding onto the AOT.

This is the closest the company has ever been. It's a very exciting time.
