We're basically already at 500 million shares outstanding... at least on the books. We should be about there by the end of the year, depending on when the various convertible promissory notes are converted into new shares. Some of the note holders could delay. But, unless SLTD issues a bunch more shares/convertible notes for a new acquisition, we should peak at/around that 500 million mark.

Major funds "CANNOT" invest in stocks that are below $5.00 and if SLTD truly wants to grow, they will need to do a R/S to get the share price up in order to garner some big $$ players. It will cost a boat load of money to get these solar panels to market and SUN simply cannot be the only cash cow. I would much prefer a split over a Hanover toxic funding deal.
