Exactly right...they don't show up on anyone's radar screen unless they have had some momentous change in value (usually up) so as the glow fades and the communication frequency goes to nothing, the traders pack up and leave and the only place for these to go is down until the next communication. There just isn't enough volume or stickiness in most of these to adequately recognize true value (they overshoot or undershoot badly here)...by all accounts this is a severe undershot exacerbated by warrant conversion and old pet airways service providers getting out...
