My understanding, based on conversation with an attorney friend, is that if Global does prevail at tial, the award is treble damages. The risk for the defendeants is what award the jury would come back with for damages. In my opinion that would be motivation to settle before trial.

Why the decline in PPS, with such merits?

Shareholders probably would like to see a stay of dilution, a stay of 6 figure salaries, a stay in car expenses, a stay in lights in office...
