They updated the oxybiomed site on the 12th, showing that 5 hospitals were actively recruiting, so I'd say odds are good that the trials have actually started. The end of September is the end of the 3rd quarter so they are still on track. I'd don't think they would have bought back $32 million of shares if they weren't confident of Levo.
