Yes. It is the MM's but make no mistake MultiCell is working directly with them to orchestrate the price movement (pump and dumps). If anyone does a little research on past employee's you will notice one or two of them are now with a market making/fund specializing in small cap/otc stocks. Doesn't take a genius to put two and two together. Everyone is getting paid over at MultiCell which could be in the form of slipping an envelope under the table. They probably send Barbara to go do the pickups, this is reminding me of Breaking Bad.
