Because everyone lost ALL confidence in the old CEO RES, and now the new CEO is following the same steps as the old CEO. NO NEWS, NO UPDATES, NOTHING !!!!

The company gives nothing to "Chatter" about...

R E S may be concerned about the S E C , because the original promotion
was a bit far fetched back in 2012. It was promoted by Awesome penny stocks
which suggested that TLM might be of interest to Microsoft as a buyout target
which sent the pps soaring up to .40 $ and that was before the share structure was over 6 billion.
There seems to be no one you can contact for investor relations.
That may be a good place to start.
