In response to this concern: There is no 141 school. The 141 certificate was revoked due to lack of action on the part of Quasar.

We are transferring the FAA Part 141 certification to Pennsylvania. The FAA will be checking out our chief pilot out there and inspecting our facilities. It has been a longer process than anticipated everything on our end is on track and ready. Once the FAA is done we will be rolling.
