Frankly, while bringing the Ruby into full production should be a focus of NBRI, it should NEVER be their only focus! The closing of XIMEN adding $600,000.00 to their bottom line is a HUGE positive in the face of debt becoming converted into shares. <<<ANYONE CAN SEE THAT CLOSING THIS DEAL IS MUCH BETTER FOR NBRI, THAN NOT HAVING THIS POSITIVE CASH INFLOW.
Yet what you propose, to focus solely on the Ruby alone, would take away from NBRI shareholders all of the positives that all of NBRI other holdings have to offer. Your plan would never have this positive cash flow at all, because NBRI would have been too micro-focused to have developed the property that XIMEN purchased into the $600,000.00 deal for NBRI that it is! <<< I LIKE PERRY's PLAN BETTER THAN YOURS!
