HEIDI...IT CLEARLY SAYS THE BUYER IS THE SINGLE SHAREHOLDER OF THE AQUISITION SUBSIDIARY WHICH MEANS KEYO WOULD BE THE PARENT OF NANT. YOU CAN SEE THE TWO SEPARATE BOXES IN THE DIAGRAM CORRECT??????

Just sent an e-mail to Tom Sporkin, who is managing the SECs Operation Shell Expel.

Next time you are expelling shells, you should look at KEYO – Keyon Communications. It is currently being pumped as a potential reverse merger candidate of Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong because he owned 80% of it before all the assets were sold and the company was dissolved. Here is a link to the board where it is being pumped.

Thomas Sporkin, Director of the SEC's Office of Market Intelligence, added, "It's critical to assess risks to investors in the capital markets and, through strategic planning, develop ways to neutralize them. We were able to conduct a detailed review of the microcap issuers quoted in the over-the-counter market and cull out these high-risk shell companies."
