hestheman, I didn't read your full post. But that was my exact question to the author. How did he know that PSS was planning to file an IPO for NantHealth and use the others as tracking stocks and that the first IPO would be filed next year???

I was thinking...how irresponsible to make up such detail. So I asked him on Twitter. You can see the conversation there.
