Although your post seemed as long as the section of the Boston Globe I'm reading it is the CAPITALIZATION of the VOTING RIGHTS that caught my attention. When has a retail holder of any shares of PPHM stock made a difference in voting? Seriously, I would like to know how much emphasis YOU place in voting and what impact it has on company policy? TIA GL PR

I know how it works. You pay $25 for new pref with a 8.33 conv ratio. So roughly paying $3 per share with interest coupon of 10.5%. If you buy on open market then whatever priced

It was a joke. It was a joke. Please go back and look at the prior posts by Biopharm and his math errors. I was kidding him using his math saying with his math those preferred shares were an awesome deal. He was saying 8.33 conversion and then converted at 25 to 1.

Rather than respond with a 10 paragraph explanation of how it all works I chose to joke around with him using his numbers.

You could have saved yourself a lot of keyboard exercise. What's another 10 paragraphs in the big scheme of things.
