SO.AWESOME.TO.BE.PROVEN.RIGHT...FACEBOOK.PAGE.WAS.A.FARCE..--you don't take a facebook page down like a web site to do maintenance--its a deletion--kmag facebook page was deleted. the only people that can delete a facebook page are the administers of said page, facebook, or the applicable authorities.
lets examine this critical death knell to KMAGLOBALSOLUTIONS. what we have just witnessed is the end of any facebook presence in any shape or manner for a very long time, if not forever. facebook is not like twiter--they wont let you simply start a new facebook page after you burn the old one--not for businesses.
most likely the sec is knocking at the door---a wells notice has most likely been served--there will never be any public acknowledgement from the reeds about what is going on because theri lawyers will have most likely muzzled them.
the twitter account will be left to wither in the wind--no new tweets will ever be seen from there.
as i have correctly predicted every step of the way--
there will never be a form 10
there will never be audited fins
there will never be a web site
there are no employees
there are no customers
there is no office
there is no phone number
there is no investor relations
there is no company
kmag went out of business on march 31st 2013
