Thanx Stervc I think the acquisition of KCN by SIPC is more for company growth via acquisitions and that KCN will be a Incubator for SIPC future acquisitions in the future to both identify and finance the new holding that will be folded into the SIPC umbrella

$SIPC not sure exactly what we have here, but I love the possibilities sterling ... everyone has their version of a 'scam company' ... not terribly worried about, and am rather enthusiastic about, the KCN acquisition ...
