I'm not so sure. He has said equally perplexing and damaging things before. And yet, he still managed to dump close to 100 million a day all week last week.
Frankly, most of the investors here don't care that it is a scam, or whether Joel is fibbing or not. Flipping 0.0001 stocks seems to be a passion for some folks, and it just doesn't matter how fraudulent or scammy the stock is.
Although, you'd think that a CEO saying that another 4 billion shares is coming would make them sit up and notice......tough to flip when there is an avalanche of shares coming. I guess that's what you meant.
