Um , I am pretty sure your license to grow comes before you can actually grow but .... Someone smarter than you and me may have to answer that ... ;) I know that I can't move into my house before it's built tho . My furniture would get rained on . Kinda common sense but as I posted earlier common sense ain't that common ... By the way you can follow yourself so therefore you will have one follower . Just so ya know go INCC

stock_clerk, according to Merriam-webster...

According to Merriam-webster, the word "cultivation" means... the act or art of cultivating or tilling:

I think most get the point being made with the use of such word. So, to use cultivation to be referring to "the art of cultivating" is fine. The use of the word cultivation with that INCC post was fine.

So, when referring to the word "cultivation"... I must ask you the same question... Do you even know what that word means?
