Again ideally you wouldn't send a team. You would contract with a local IT company. You would likely bring a few of their representatives to your HQ to train them then on demand they would install your equipment at designated venues on a per contract basis. Therefore no long term permanent employees.

As Chris said in the interview the cameras are remotely controlled from gander.tv staff at HQ. So no employees in the expansion city.

The point once you have the recipe down starting a new city should only be a small incremental one time installation cost per venue you fire up.

I would think in the future once gander.tv gets the recipe right they should be able to open up multiple cities simultaneously.

I hear you, but I'm not going to do homework for you, and ultimately, I would hope nobody could convince you what to do with your money, long short or otherwise, would take you 48hrs plus or minus, to read all financials, articles, PR's and CEO history, and make your own well educated decision...
There are obviously different motives here on board..so look for yourself if this company is growing, and a good investment.
