Cha, I am not shifting and changing my opinion at all. If you look at my original post I said he is filing for an IPO for all of his companies. I never said the words LLC or directly. I think that was in your post.

Also, converting a LLC to a Partnership takes like five seconds and can be done by filling out a form. I am also not convinced they really need to do that though. But it is a given that they are filing for an IPO.
