It was @ $6 last January...
Now stabilizing around $4...

Also, 2014 annual investment in Oil and Gas is also seeing boom times with a record $200 billion, or about twenty percent of the total private fixed-structure spending. A first!

Only draw back is that BAYP did not disclose the NRI% for the J/V with Downhole....

For the assets bought from Sylios, we still have to wait for the S1 to see if the deal will be shareholder's friendly or not...
