cha, you've misstated the process. I believe you need to change the structure to a partnership. If you look at the sched D's filed for Nant...they look like potential partnership material to me.

Here is the biggest question...why would he do a reverse merger...or a triangular reverse merger as it's laughingly being called now when he can file an IPO and make BILLIONS?????

This is all very clear that KEYO is a dead in the water stock that will lead to nothing but big losses some day.
