The facts you state are true....anyone looking closely at this company's profile with any kind of intelligence can certainly see some questionable activity (Yelp) and having no website is not a good sign. However, the increased amount of recent interest, coupled with substantial buys over the past few months (compared to none in years past) are good indicators something new is unfolding, with speculation being targeted to a MJ play. The positives here are... a)it is priced at rock bottom b)not many more 1's are left c)the buzz is just getting louder d)it is a dice roll with some pretty decent odds. With almost any 000 stock, there is going to be substantial risk, hence the price. But hey, who knows, you might just hit the jackPOT. :-) IMO
