0.145 x 0.015 is wrong; no trades are going off above the ask. Actual b/a is 0.155 x 0.17 and small buys are going off at the ask. Volume is very light so I wouldn't get all up in a lather yet. This thing could easily be walked back down to 0.11 on a few thousand shares.

Until we get much more volume or a blockbuster PR (which will create the volume) the price will drift around. It's hard to daytrade a stock on such light volume. If you're in for the long(er) haul I wouldn't worry so much about every tick on L2.
