My remaining position on this is that if Prakash no longer has any plans for Tivus, that's fine. I don't care. However, he DOES still have a massive fiduciary responsibility to the corporation to close everything down properly, which...as far as I can tell...he has not done.

I paid him enough money for him to at least do that correctly. We all have a right to expect this much. He doesn't even have to PR about it or anything, just get it done. It is not at all fair to leave so many of us with this crap left in our portfolios without being able to do anything with it.

Clearly, he had a great idea. Clearly he is not a businessman. This condition underlies so many innovators. He was no exception. His ego would not allow for a manager to come in and to run things properly. He gave away the whole thing without getting anything back for the company.
