Thanks, david02835 (and arnold, I've amended). You've prompted some reading on my part.

I read last year's 10-K, and ok, yeah, there's a whole lot more in there than just the numbers I'm used to seeing on my broker's "Stock Research" screen. Those restricted shares are used quite a bit, I see.

Of course, this has just made me that much more anxious to get my hands on this year's report.
