#11395 RE: Frackedup #11394

Here's the REAL truth!!.
Joe Stratter AND Larry Panik were very close, tight friends;Grass Roots Movement 96'Yeah!!. Asking for 1,000 dollar pledges, and making copies:
Joe Stratter, no problem in letting everybody know about the CD demos but remember I only have 10 now and want to get them out to people who can use them in our join benefit. 4 are already spoken for.Larry Panik!!.

Larry Panik, attempted to put together a demo cd of whatever fractal clips he could. I belive this was still the vdk1.5 technology.Joe Stratter

Then there's this little gem,NOTICE the date!!.Doesn't that blow your Iterated letters from 96' to pieces. How does that happen, when the old TMMI was working with Iterated Systems Inc in 1997?
YOU CAN'T WRITE A LETTER IN 96' WHEN 97' HASN'T EVEN HAPPEN YET!!

And still Larry Panik was working with the old TMMI in 1997

Total Multimedia, Inc., of Camarillo, California announced that a shareholder meeting has been scheduled for June 4, 1997 at the Company offices at 80 N. Wood Rd., Camarillo, California. The record date for shareholder participation will be set for May 15, 1997. The purpose of the meeting is to approve a new financing plan, to review certain acquisitions and to approve contractual matters with respect to Iterated Systems, MCI, Fed Com and The Altamira Group.

Both Larry Panik and Joe Stratter were looking at a takeover of the old TMMI,with total control of the company BUT everything went south with the investors they had at that time, they were tired of getting nowhere...

Larry, You might be a little pre-mature in closing off the donation pledge hot line. Sometimes people wait to see if the need gets filled before committing their own money. You got pledges for about half the money during the first round.

IMO that's not too bad considering the limited number of people you sent the email to. Probably few of the lurkers here knew about the request. My guess is that opening it back up for more pledges will secure the remaining funds.

Personally, I hereby double my pledge previously sent to you to kick this off.
Also, you might want to consider using the pledge money for the last resort, California lawyer petition idea.

And the new agenda was sent in motion, which brings us to where we are today!!.

TMMI TRUDEF moves onward and upward Worldwide!!.
