My "case" comes from pg. 13 of the 8K...specifically the Exhibit A which itemizes the list of lab equipment that ICB is to donate to AREF as per the agreement. The list of equipment is specific to the SVFC stem cell protocol and in it's entirety represents a very small portion of the medical equipment that will be required for the stem cell treatment and patient care. I do agree with you that it is of utmost importance for investors to have a clear understanding of the agreement. This is why my "case" was to point out that the lab equipment is indeed clearly defined in the 8K and is specific to the SVFC protocol. Apparently, Exhibit A from the 8K was not provided in the post that I responded to...and I think investors should make this distinction. Lab equipment specific to the SVFC protocol is required for the FDA IND...but all the other essential ancillary lab/medical equipment, for instance...to assess and monitor the patient outcome...will be provided by AREF.
SVFC $$$$ OK! LOL! Long day for me...now I see which quote you are referring to! Lol! I agree...very misleading quote. That's why it's important to look at the entire agreement and understand that AREF is providing a comprehensive service and taking this into consideration, is a more than fair agreement for both parties.
