If there are 18 Billion shares floating around (actual and convertible), that is an understatement. Even if they don't all come to market at once, they will eventually have to be accounted for. Maybe Insidious hit upon it regarding why it is incorporated in Wyoming and the financials say 50 billion authorized, and is never changed.

With all due respect, I beg to differ with you! All we need (for .01+) is indisputable evidence that the Allendale plant is being built with a completion date to start production of biocoal pellets!! I have obtained confirmation that the property IS being readied for construction of the plant but I won't start doing cartwheels until I see pics of construction going on OR I hear from the county commissioner I talk to, that they have indeed started building a plant!! Mr.James states on his site (Agra-Tech Producers) that the plant will be finished "early spring 2015"! IMHO, BUY VGPR NOW at these bargain prices today.
