Yep.... To Risk or not too Risk..... Shareholders money... And potentially their put them at criminal Risk.....

THAT IS THE QUESTION??

Safe Harbour disclaimers ....... Are infantile compared to the potential Shareholder liabilities being invested in an illegal business on a federal level.... Easy to ignore I guess....

That writeup explains well why the State of Nevada will likely be very reluctant to facilitate the sale of cannabis by a publicly traded company (think: interstate commerce law).

Why would Nevada take the risk associated with TRTC when better and safer options exist?

That's why it is very important that more and more state's legalize re-creational marijuana. That will kind of force the federal govt. to re-classify marijuana.

TRTC is one of the best companies out there who have business outside of marijuana that they can use to generate revenue. If DP can turn EG into a net positive, it will go long way in bringing the trust that TRTC has lost somewhere in trying to establish itself as a marijuana company.

I think TRTC is not going touch the plant, but rather lease their equipment/lab to other's and generate income from there.

The way I see things folding is TRTC will get atleast 4-6 licenses in NV.
TRTC doubling their revenue guidance for 2015 from 7 mill to 15 mil.
TRTC turning net +ve on EG side of business.
TRTC selling GrowOp business.
TRTC completing its acquisition of NB Plants
Building brand TRTC and BLUM.

It's true though, props to DP and the gang for protecting us shareholders by being cautious and following the advise of council. I personally don't think the feds will "take down" businesses that are compliant with state law. This budding industry has come to far and has to much support. Can you imagine the problems that would result. Hundreds if not thousands of lawsuits filed, protestors on every news rag and on every corner, social media sites would lite up in protest, marching in the streets, cats and dogs playing together.
Carnage I tell you, Carnage.

that last part with respect for mj supporter Bill Murray whose b-day is this Sunday.
