I am talking about their dealings with pennystocks. their name show up on two - INCC and PBEV.

and ENER1 was a litigation mess.

have they EVER successful removed a chill from a stock before???
that would give you an indication right there if it were to be sucessful.

also the attorney that did the opinion letter is Jonathan Leinwand
