GCDx site is not up- its a useless placeholder that has not had any new info in several years, and has nothing for sale, stop saying it is up already. WG has said it will be revised to sell products by roughly the last week in September; we'll see.
Radient site is intentionally not up. Provista site is about to undergo important changes, we will see soon enough what they are.
There has been no footdragging with Fortis that we would know about, since they have largely stayed under the radar until recently. Its been the efforts of the Investigative Long Shareholders that have brought them out from behind the curtain.
