Well, it was certainly NOT a wrongful acquisition but at least you finally admit tmm knew DFMI owned the license all the way back to 2000. And of course Fernandez plastered it all over the tmm web site and even in a news release where he hoped to license it from DFMI. Hence, the statute of limitations applies. tmm had three years to challenge that acquisition. Now they are 11 years too late to the party!
