No such luck to date. They move so slo up there, thats OK as i know what i own or rather what they own. We Won or rather they Won the first round and now we are in appeals. I don't see it right now but if it happens soon yes i will be pouring into LBSR agin. IMO 15 is jackpot season for the pps as we leave 14 we should just see a good rate of climbing in pps. 9 days to the POA hopeful date of expectation. Remember we need that approval to JV so any delay is a JV delay.
