I agree, and so do the courts. This is not a conservatorship it is a suck this company dry to help pay for government programs. Remember when they government said they wanted the private sector to take over the mortgage industry and Fairholme offered to buy the guarantee business for $50billoon? I can think of 200billion+ reason why they said no.
