Nope. You have to look at whether the address is a Received or Sent. That 1.90519672 you are counting multiple times is just that amount, shown as Received by Address 1CjPR7Z5ZSyWk6WtXvSFgkptmpoi4UM9BC and then Sent that 1.90519672 to another address.
