Interesting tidbits I received from SONY Customer Service today:

SONY Rep:

"Sony and NanoTech Entertainment have announced an agreement that will bundle NanoTech's 4K UltraFlix Network App with Sony's 2014 4K Ultra HD TV.

That means Sony's 2014 4K Ultra HD TV will be updated and compatible with UltraFlix 4K Streaming Network."

Me: "So If I walk into BBY today, buy this, I'm going to be able to watch Ultraflix today?"

SONY: "Since UltraFlix 4K Streaming Network just had their press release on the 15th, they're still on the process of updating our 2014 TVs. Sony guarantee that NanoTech's UltraFlix 4K Streaming Network will be available to use before the end of the month."

Me: "How will existing SONY UHD TV Owners receive the update?"

SONY: "The updates will appear on their TV screen"

Me: "so, an automatic software update (behind the scenes so to speak)?"

SONY: "Yes, they would also post on our website."
