So it is a slam dunk win for the defendants as you have stated.....yet the case continues...y?....oh that's right, you stated that the case was continuing because the judge wanted to make sure that the lawyers all got rich. hmmmm so I have to wonder why the defendant's lead attorney jumped ship from a case that is a no brainer win, and was only continuing so he could makes lots of money.....it all makes so much sense now...lol
