If WDDD does a RS after Markman, a trial, and all the appeals--it will be a damn long time ---
Anybody holding long term is going to find out what loooong term is ,, when you have the coffers as stuffed with cash as ATVI has---
They have no need to settle,, they are making millions over their cost of fighting and delaying----they will appeal and then appeal the appeal--drag this out for years----
Why??? CAUSE IT IS TO THEIR ADVANTAGE------THEY ARE MAKING TOOOOOO MUCH MONEY.
